How the TradeBoTicks product philosophy becomes a simpler algo-trading experience.

The problem OptionTurtle is designed to solve

Trading can consume a large amount of attention because the trader repeatedly has to interpret signals, choose instruments, size positions, place orders and monitor risk. OptionTurtle is built around a different product philosophy: move the repeatable trading workflow into a predefined system while keeping control of the broker account, capital and active positions with the user.

You do not need to build an algorithm

OptionTurtle uses a pre-built systematic trading system. Users do not need to write code, construct strategies or choose between a marketplace of algorithms. Research, backtesting, validation and system refinement remain with TradeBoTicks.

Your broker, capital and active-trade control remain yours

Trading capital stays in the connected broker account. The user controls system activation and can exit an active trade whenever they choose. OptionTurtle does not hold trading funds.

What happens behind the scenes

The live workflow begins with the strategy engine defining entry, stop-loss and target levels on the underlying index. An option-selection layer evaluates real-time option-market data and Greeks to identify an eligible contract and corresponding option-level trade values. The risk layer then uses user capital and maximum permitted exposure to calculate position size before predefined execution checks and broker order routing.

After a successful entry, stop-loss and target orders are placed and monitored. Signal and order events are maintained for reference and analysis.

Risk-first execution

Risk is defined before execution rather than improvised after the trade is live. Position sizing, exposure constraints and exit logic are part of the system architecture. These controls are designed to make execution more consistent; they cannot guarantee capital protection or eliminate market risk.

Continuous research

Market behaviour changes, so TradeBoTicks continues to evaluate the system rather than treating one historical backtest as a permanent answer. Walk-forward optimization is used as part of the validation process, while AI-assisted methods may support research, parameter analysis and post-trade learning.

What OptionTurtle does not promise

  • No guaranteed profit.
  • No claim that AI can predict markets with certainty.
  • No guarantee that stop-losses or automated controls eliminate losses.
  • No implication of broker, exchange or regulatory approval unless explicitly verified.
